Your enquiry

When you submit the form, we receive your name, email, phone number, store website, selected services, B2C/B2B activity and optional message. The request also includes the page language and a request reference. We use this information to respond and discuss your project. It does not activate a trial, payment, subscription or automatic marketing sequence. Form answers are not saved in browser storage or included in analytics.

The request is saved before the website confirms receipt. An email notification is then sent to mathieucolla@gmail.com, with your email as Reply-To. Confirmation means the request was stored; it does not guarantee inbox delivery. If sending fails, the page keeps your entries for a retry. With JavaScript disabled, the form does not submit; you can use the contact email instead.

Enquiry records have a 90-day database expiry. Deletion is asynchronous and can take additional time. The notification and subsequent Gmail conversation are separate copies: database expiry does not delete them. Contact us about these copies or any correction or deletion request. Short-lived, hashed network rate-limit records help prevent abuse; form rate-limit records expire after 20 minutes. Raw IP addresses and form answers are not written to application logs.

Statistics and your choice

By default, we count page views and named actions, such as offer interest, grade checks, form steps. Events contain only fixed page, action and offer labels, plus a fresh reference to avoid counting the same event retry twice. They contain no visitor ID, form answers, searched store, full URL, query string, referrer or browsing history. We do not record screens or keystrokes, fingerprint browsers or use these counts for advertising across other websites.

Counts only keeps those statistics without a visitor ID. Allow visitor recognition additionally sends a separate event with a random browser ID, only after your choice. The server converts it into a hash that changes each UTC day. The ID is never attached to page-view or click events. This estimates consenting browsers per day, not named people or unique visitors across a longer period.

Your choice and optional ID use local browser storage, not analytics cookies. Recognition and its ID expire after a fixed 180 days; visits do not extend that period. Counts-only preference is also remembered for 180 days. Choosing counts only removes an existing ID. Both language editions share these settings on this domain.

Disable analytics stops all browser statistics until you change the choice or clear storage. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track also turn them off. Use the banner or the footer’s Analytics settings at any time. These choices do not prevent contact requests; operational enquiry and email totals are counted separately. Changes apply to future collection.

Event receipts and daily counting markers expire after 48 hours; analytics rate-limit records after two minutes. Once an event is processed, its payload and any daily visitor hash are removed from that event receipt. Database expiry is asynchronous. Aggregate CloudWatch counts, containing no contact details or browser IDs, can remain available for up to 15 months.

Language and hosting

The English edition is at the site root and French at /fr/. You choose through links: there is no geographic redirect or language cookie. Grade lookup uses a published snapshot in the browser; opening the full Agent-Ready Index report takes you to that separate service.

Hosting and form processing use Amazon Web Services, including the US East (Northern Virginia) region. Notifications use Google Gmail. These providers handle information to deliver their services. Enquiry records and the statistics dashboard are restricted to authorized account users. We do not sell your contact information.
